Ever Green Recycling will only collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us. The personal information that we collect includes:

• Name
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Home address

We collect personal information only for the following purposes:

• to establish and maintain responsible commercial relations with you and provide you with ongoing service, including the Ever Green Recycling Account;
• to enable us to administer your Ever Green Recycling Account;
• administration of customer & accounts may require sharing of customer information with other regulated Green Depots and/or the provincial regulatory agency, The Multi-Materials Stewardships Board (MMSB); and
• to enable us to issue you a charity tax receipt, when applicable.

Ever Green Recycling seeks consent for all personal information we collect, use and disclose, either prior to collection, or at the time of collection.
If information is voluntarily provided, this is interpreted as consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable information as described in this Privacy Policy. We will not use personal information for any purpose other than that for which consent has been provided. If we require the use of personal information for a new purpose, consent will be sought for that new use.
