Ever Green Recycling now offers re-used, de-labeled bottles at each Ever Green depot! Choose from a variety of wine and beer bottles, as well as specialty bottles, and reuse them for your home-brewing, crafts, décor, or something creative! What would you use these bottles for?

Last year, during the summer months, members of the Operations Group of Newfoundland Power in St. John's participated in a Recycling Project to benefit the Power of Life. The Power of Life is the Newfoundland Power corporate charity partnering the company with the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation. Newfoundland Power customers can donate to this worthwhile charity monthly on their electricity bills and employees of the Company can donate through payroll deduction. The money that was raised purchased furniture and equipment to be used in all hospitals across the province. Employees in the group collected beverage containers and dropped them off to an Ever Green depot and the proceeds went into an account established for the Power of Life. The employees of the Operations Group were proud to donate $330 to the Power of Life.
