1. WHERE IS YOUR MAIN OFFICE LOCATED?
Our main office is located on 79 Blackmarsh Road, across the street from Purity Factories - same
building as our Blackmarsh Road Depot.
2. WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY CARD?
Your card can be replaced by calling Carolyn at 758-5881. You can pick your new card up at our
main office on Blackmarsh Road, or have your card mailed to you.
3. HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY CHEQUE IS READY?
When requesting cheques online from your Recycling Card account, your cheque will be ready
after 7-10 business days. If you requested to pick up your cheque, you will know it is ready when
your account balance is updated.
4. IF MILK CARTONS ARE RECYCLABLE, WHY AREN'T THEY ACCEPTED?
Ever Green only deals with containers that consumers pay a deposit on at the time of purchase.
Considering milk cartons do not require a deposit, Ever Green does not accept them.
5. CAN MY CARD BE USED RIGHT AWAY WHEN I PICK IT UP?
No. When you pick up an Ever Green Recycling Card, you will be given a printed username and
password. Each card must be registered on our website using your given username and
password. Once registration is complete, your card is activated immediately and ready to use.
6. HOW DO I GET LINKED CARDS?
Linked cards are a convenient way for customers who wish to have multiple users of a single
recycling account. Please call Carolyn at 758-5881 or Gerard at 758-5390.
