The Government of Newfoundland & Labrador sets policies and, both directly, and through the Multi Materials Stewardship Board, articulates practices for waste management and recycling addressing various publics. For business, institutional, and commercial operators, even for Government itself, this will mean that they will need to identify and develop innovative techniques and practices to help manage their environmental footprint.
